From front-of-house operations to kitchen management, participants will gain valuable insights into every aspect of the restaurant industry as they take on various roles and responsibilities. Participants will practice the skills of hospitality, table service, efficient table clearing, menu development and culinary techniques as they set up, cook and manage their own mock restaurant.
