Laymans CPR
This class teaches everyday people how to respond confidently in a cardiac emergency. You’ll learn how to recognize when someone needs CPR, how to perform high-quality chest compressions, and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The course also covers how to help adults, children, and infants, and what to do if someone is choking.
No medical background is required. The training is hands-on, easy to understand, and designed for real-life situations you could encounter at home, work, or in public. By the end of the class, you’ll feel prepared to take action and potentially save a life until professional help arrives.
Great for: Parents, teachers, coaches, babysitters, workplace safety training, and anyone who wants to be prepared.
Please note: Cost of $15 covers this class, if you would like to have an official certificate (this includes taking an online test following the class, please bring an additional cash payment of $34. This class is for the general public and is not geared for health care professionals that wish to renew their certificate.
